1. No Refund Policy on Lead Generation Services

Due to the nature of lead generation services, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Auto loan leads are generated through significant upfront investment, including but not limited to:

  • Advertising spend (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.)
  • Funnel and landing page development
  • Market research and targeting optimization
  • Technology, tracking, and automation costs
  • Lead delivery and infrastructure setup


Once a campaign has started or leads have been delivered, these costs are irreversible, and therefore refunds are not offered.

2. Definition of a Valid Lead

A lead is considered valid if it meets the minimum criteria agreed upon at the start of the campaign, which typically include:

  • Unique individual (not a duplicate within the agreed period)
  • Correct and reachable contact information (phone and/or email)
  • Expressed interest in auto financing or purchasing a vehicle
  • Submitted through our approved marketing channels


Approval outcomes, credit quality, income level, down payment availability, or lender decisions do not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. No Guarantees on Approvals or Sales

We do not guarantee:

  • Loan approvals
  • Credit score thresholds
  • Income verification success
  • Vehicle purchases
  • Sales conversions
  • Dealer profitability


Auto loan approvals depend on multiple factors outside our control, including lender policies, dealership processes, customer honesty, and follow-up speed.

4. Lead Replacement Policy (Not Refunds)

In rare cases where a lead is clearly invalid (for example, unreachable contact due to technical error), we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the lead with a comparable leador

OR

  • Credit the lead toward future delivery


This is not a refund and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of lead delivery.

5. Campaign Performance Variability

Lead volume, quality, and conversion rates may fluctuate due to:

  • Market conditions
  • Ad platform algorithm changes
  • Seasonality
  • Local competition
  • Dealer response time and sales process


Performance variability is normal in digital marketing and does not qualify for refunds.

6. Dealer Responsibility

The success of lead campaigns depends heavily on:

  • Speed of contact (ideally within 5–15 minutes)
  • Professional follow-up
  • Inventory availability
  • Financing options
  • Sales team competence


Leads not contacted promptly or followed up correctly remain billable.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Termination of ongoing campaigns
  • Blocking of future services


All disputes must first be addressed directly with our support team.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or receiving auto loan leads, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
